The Green Hornet 
Fresh spinach, asparagus, jalapeños, scallions, and Gruyere cheese in a three-egg omelet topped with avocado.

Sandra Marie Omelet 
Shitake mushrooms, yellow squash, zucchini, spinach, roma tomatoes, and garlic in a three-egg omelet with fresh mozzarella cheese. Topped with a homemade pesto sauce.

California Omelet
Bacon, roma tomatoes and cheddar cheese topped with fresh avocado.

Clean Living Omelet

Thinly sliced hormone free turkey breast, two slices of crisp bacon, fresh spinach, and avocado.

Earth Harvest Benedict
Fresh shitake mushrooms, butternut squash, kale, asparagus, onions, and red bell peppers, roasted with garlic and olive oil. Topped with our pesto hollandaise sauce.

Caribbean Benedict 
Cuban seasoned ham, mango, black beans, and fresh cilantro.

Texas Hold’em Benedict
